We aim to deliver the highest quality products and the best possible service.
In the unfortunate event that you feel this is not the case, please contact us within 14 days of invoice and we’ll do whatever we can to rectify the problem in line with this policy.

REFUNDS

If we have made an error and assembled or delivered faulty or incorrect items we will gladly issue replacement items as above, or a full refund.

1) Contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email to inform us of the error.
Full Refund will only be offered if we are informed of the error within 14 days of the invoice
issue date.
2) Return the items to us at the above address or arrange with us to collect or remove the items
from where they were delivered or assembled or specify another suitable location.
(We recommend that the items are returned using a ‘Recorded’ courier service to ensure the
items are not ‘lost’)

3) Once we have inspected the items and can confirm that the items are faulty or incorrect, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of returning the items to us.

No refund will be issued if the items delivered or assembled as per the submitted order form. No refund will be issued if the items have been tampered with in any way. Items must be returned to us in the exact state in which they were delivered.

EXCHANGES

If we have made an error and assembled or delivered faulty or incorrect items we will gladly exchange or replace the items at no additional cost to the customer although an additional cost or refund may apply depending on size.

1) Contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email to inform us of the error.
Exchange will only be offered if we are informed of the error within 14 days of the invoice
issue date.
2) Return the items to us as detailed above or arrange with us to exchange on-site or at another
suitable location.
3) Once we have inspected the items and can confirm that the items are faulty or incorrect, items
will be exchanged on a like-for-like basis. No modifications may be made to the design or
specification.

If items are exchanged no financial refund will be made.
If subsequent replacement items are deemed faulty of incorrect a full refund will be offered.
No exchange will be offered if the items assembled or delivered are manufactured to specification, without fault. No exchange will be offered if the items have been tampered with in any way. Items must remain in the exact state in which they were delivered.

 

Please note... we accept payment via cash, cheque or BACS.

All items remain our property until full payment has been received.
